Account Deletion (Soft Deletion)

Policy on Deletion

To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory standards, we do not permanently remove ("Hard Delete") user records from our database.

The Deletion Process

When you request to delete your account, it will be moved to a Deletion status:

• You will be immediately logged out and unable to sign in.
• Your profile will become invisible to other users and drivers.
• All marketing communications will be stopped.

Data Preservation

Your transaction history, order logs, and payment records will be securely preserved for auditing, legal, and compliance purposes.
