1. Eligibility & Account Access (OTP Authentication)

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• SVPipe does not operate a traditional sign-up form; access is granted and authenticated via your verified mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP), or provisioned via authorized enterprise access.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding OTPs sent to your registered number. Any order or transaction authenticated via your number and OTP is deemed authorized by you.
• We reserve the right to block, restrict, or suspend access for any mobile number or user associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified pipes, fittings, or related materials. Orders are confirmed once processed by our dispatch and inventory system.
• Product prices, transportation surcharges, and logistics fees are subject to real-time adjustments based on delivery distance, vehicle type, order weight/volume, and prevailing material market costs.
• All quotes and invoices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and statutory duties.
• Payments are collected through authorized, secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay) or pre-approved institutional credit lines. SVPipe does not store card numbers or UPI PINs.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery services are restricted strictly to authorized operational geographic zones. Orders outside coverage may be cancelled or redirected to designated pickup hubs.
• Estimated dispatch and arrival times are guidelines only; traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure events may alter delivery timelines.
• Customers must ensure safe, accessible unloading conditions and must inspect materials upon arrival, acknowledging receipt via physical sign-off or digital Proof of Delivery (POD).

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

• Orders may be cancelled in-app prior to warehouse packaging and dispatch. Once loaded or in transit, cancellations are subject to restocking and return transport fees.
• Claims of material defect, transit breakage, or quantity mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof via the app.
• Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return inspection.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application, APIs, or database.
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted employee portals, admin dashboards, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest product catalogs or pricing models.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, payment chargeback abuse, or supply chain sabotage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, designs, trademarks, brand logos, technical product catalogs, graphics, and interface layouts displayed within the SVPipe application and websites are the exclusive property of SVPipe and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

• Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• SVPipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages from lost profits, business disruption, or delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
• Our maximum aggregate liability for any order or service dispute will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be notified via in-app banner or a revised timestamp on our official website. Continued use of the Services following modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where SVPipe maintains its registered corporate headquarters.
